Every Rooted™ piece is made to order with care and intention — designed to feel good, look good, and give back. Because our items are created specifically for you, all sales are considered final.

That said, we’ve got your back.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production defect:

✨ Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll happily provide a replacement or store credit to make it right.

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction, sizing, or color variation due to screen differences.
