The Embodied Temple is an intimate Goddess Weekend centered around The Resurrection Chamber™ practice, somatic embodiment, sound, ceremony, and sacred land.

This is the work that changes your life because it changes who you are being.

The Work in The Resurrection Chamber™

At the center of the weekend is the Resurrection Chamber™ practice.

This is a powerful process that allows the nervous system to release stored tension, emotional residue, and identity patterns that keep life feeling heavy or stuck.

When the noise clears, your inner knowing becomes obvious again.

You don’t try to become aligned.

You are aligned.

This is how a new identity begins.

This is how a new reality starts.

This is how change happens in quantum time.

And I’m not saying this is align-to-a-new-reality magic…

  • About The Landing

    The weekend takes place at The Landing, a sacred residence in Pioneer, California, held on honored Miwok land.

    This land is quiet, open, and deeply supportive of inner work.

    Participants will be invited to bring a small organic offering — stone, shell, feather, crystal, or natural object — to return to the earth in a simple ritual of reverence and gratitude.

    The land is part of the work.

    The space includes:

    • Sacred land for walking and integration

    • Modern and aesthetically pristine temple (home) to enjoy and be held in
    • Heated pool and hot tub
    • Large ceremonial yurt
    • Comfortable indoor rooms
    • Glamping tent accommodations
    • Somatic sound therapy bed
    • Optional bodywork sessions with Alexis Held (booked separately)

    This is a boutique container designed for depth, not numbers.

  • The Experience

    Over the weekend we move through a carefully held field of ceremony, embodiment, and restoration.

    This may include:

    • Resurrection Chamber work
    • Somatic nervous system practices
    • Sound healing & somatic sound bed
    • Sacred ceremony (optional sacrament ceremony Saturday evening)
    • Nature integration on sacred land
    • Embodiment & adornment ceremony
    • Integration circle
    • Post-retreat integration call one week later

    This is not a performance.

    You come as you are — and leave remembering who you are.

  • Food & Nourishment

    Delicious, clean, organic meals are included throughout the weekend.

    Food will be prepared with care and intention.

    Allergies and dietary needs will be accommodated.

    The goal is for your body to feel supported, nourished, and clear.

  • Attire

    Comfort is welcome.

    Beauty is welcome.

    For ceremony, participants are invited to adorn themselves in a way that reflects the energy they are embodying.

    Flowing garments, jewelry, shawls, or anything that makes you feel fully expressed.

    This is a temple space.

    We encourage all of YOU, unapologetically you.

    This gathering is intentionally small.

    Only 11 participants will be accepted.

    This allows the work to go deep and the space to remain held with care.
